My we had a funny weekend. Tula had a bath!!! She was nearly running around the kennel toting the tub with her, I guess she don't like water to well!
I am next...tomorrow is bath day for me.
We go on Friday...wish us luck.

Hi Guys

I had a great weekend. Aunty Julia came to stay and her cousin Miss Heather came too. Miss Heather was on holiday from Detroit! It was brilliant hearing her speak as she reminded me of you all. She has some lovely photos of her and me that hopefully she will post when she gets home tomorrow.

Java Bean and Cousin Tula at the LRKC Match May 11

Hi Woody, Tula here, your cousin from NH.
I wanted to tell you how proud I am of your big brother - we had fun this past weekend at the Lakes Region Kennel Club match and he really did a great job. Java won his class and also best in breed, and then got second in group! The judge went out of her way to tell Miss W that she liked how Java moved. So Miss W was flying.

I must take a moment to brag myself too, I did Rally Obedience and I was a qualifier and also first place in my class with a score of 97! I had a blast! So now I am pretty sure Miss W will take me to the specialty, where I plan to surprise her with some new stuff she doesn't know about. But we'll keep that on the down-low...

How are things in Scotland? With the fuel crunch, are you pups offering to pull the cars on the road? Think "Winterdance" guys and the VW.... it's a good idea really....

Just a quick "Congratulations" to Woody-woo and JB (I like to call him Mr Bean but I know Miss. W. doesn't like it too much). I can't wait to tell my friends that I know some famous doggies! Great stuff!!

Java Bean at the York County Show

Hi Woody, Judy, Hugh and all the woofs over there!
Java Bean here...

Miss W and I went with Scott and Corina to the York County show this past Saturday. I won my class and then took Reserve Winners. We had fun. Blossom could not come, she got stung on the nose by a wasp or something and was looking like a Shar Pei with a fur coat. She also threw up for 2 days so Miss W was worried she would feel worse travelling and walk around the ring with her ears in her armpits.


We stopped for ice cream on the way home, but Miss W (that hog!) did not share any!

I had fun anyway cuz me and Pando got to ride in the back seat together on a soft blanket and we listened to our mums the whole way. I love gossip! Scott drove, so the mum's were free to yammer away.

Well, I think Miss W may take me to the Yankee Speciality... cross your paws for me!

But this was the best part of my weekend......

Yesterday i was a real sled dog and went training with all my pals.....

I am just behind leaders Reiger and Moose.

My First Show!

I went to my first show today. Here i am in the ring.

How did my big brother JB and my pal Blossom get on?

I bet they would have done well under our nice judge.

Must dash, i have some serious leeping to do.
